RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept refunds or exchanges if the following criteria is met:
  • The item/s is returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item/s is returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. 

  • Provide original invoice as proof of purchase.

The customer will pay the full cost of returning the garment back to us.  

Refunds for returned items are credited to the original payment method used.  We are not responsible or accountable for the loss of item/s being returned.  

We recommend using Registered Australia Post and take note of your tracking number.

HOW TO REFUND/EXCHANGE

To request an exchange or refund, please contact us via email at hello@odysee.com.au and we will provide details on how to process your return. A member of our team will be in touch to confirm whether your request has been approved.  Please include your original receipt and order number in your return request.
