WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We want to make really clear that our shirts are designed to be OVERSIZED. Please be mindful of this when selecting sizes. Be sure to check out our Size Guide, this has the measurements of our shirts, and shows how they hang on a few different models for reference. Please don’t hesitate to flick us an email or DM on Insta – we’d be more than happy to answer any questions you have in relation to choosing the right size for you.

If your shirt arrives and you find it isn’t sitting quite right on you, we would be happy to offer you and exchange or refund – we want to ensure you’re going to be feeling as funky fresh as we do in these numbers. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Nothing fancy – just your standard credit and debit options, and Paypal. Unfortunately no cold hard cash in these parts.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

FREE tracked standard shipping for our fellow Aussie neighbours. $10 Express shipping in Australia.

We are happy to ship internationally, though at a cost. We ship via AusPost, the cost will depend on your location. Check Shipping & Returns page for rates. If you have questions, get in touch.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We ship using AusPost. We will do our absolute best to have all orders dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on where you are located (and whatever else is happening in the world – thanks COVID..), however generally deliveries come within 3-5 business days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you’ve placed an order, you should receive an email with your order number and tracking information. Once the order has been shipped, you will be able to enter this tracking number into the AusPost website.

If you have any questions or concerns about where your order is – don’t hesitate to hit us up with any questions.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED?

Email or DM us and we’ll investigate right away! As mentioned, we send orders via tracked standard or express shipping using AusPost so we will be able to work out what’s gone wrong somewhere along the line.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES, CHARGES OR TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes, we do charge to ship to our international friends. We ship from Sydney Metro area, however the cost of shipping does depend on where the order is being sent to. Check out our Shipping & Returns page to get an idea of the cost depending on what region you’re in. Alternatively, you should be able to to get a cost estimate on the AusPost website. If you have any questions about international shipping, we’d be happy to answer them so don’t hestitate to get in touch.

CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER?

Yes – we’d be happy to sort out any order changes or errors as required. The sooner you get in touch with us about it, the better, so please reach out ASAP if you would like to make any order changes!

Please note, if your order has already been shipped, you may incur additional postage charges to resend the order. 

We also can’t guarantee that the size or style you are after instead will be in stock when we process the order change, but we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate your request!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Short answer – we accept exchange and refund requests!All info on how to request an exchange or refund can be found at our Shipping & Returns page.

If you would like to request a return, please get in touch with us at hello@odysee.com.au and a member from our team will be in touch to advise next steps. Shirts must be in original, unworn condition with tags on – you know the drill!

We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you would like to return or exchange an item, please get in touch with our team at hello@odysee.com.au  and we can arrange the exchange. Please include your order number. If you would like to exchange, let us know the reason why you shirt isn’t quite right – your feedback is important so we can incorporate this into evolving and improving our products! Our team will let you know how to go about returning your shirt to us.

Please note, we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns. We also can’t guarantee that the size or style you would like to exchange for will be in stock when we process your exchange. We have really limited stock quantities in all our products, but we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate your request!

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY SHIRT?

Our shirts are made from 85% Viscose and 15% Polyester – this is what creates our signature light weight, easy and breezy style – but caring for your shirt according to the washing label will ensure that your shirt can last for seasons and seasons to come (let’s be real, no one really likes a one hit wonder, at least not when it comes to clothing anyway!).

We recommend a cold machine wash on a delicate setting with like colours. Best to hang dry out of direct sunlight if possible.
Do not tumble dry or dry clean.
Do no bleach, soak, rub or wring as this may impact our unique prints.

DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

Unfortunately not at this stage!
We want to be transparent about the fact that we’re a new fashion start-up, and therefore have limited stock quantities! We searched far and wide for our unique SS’20 prints, and because of the specific style we were after, there were often only small amounts of the fabric that we could source.

Rest assured that we are already working on production of another round of products, but we cannot guarantee that any of the unique prints we currently stock will be included in our next production run.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our shirts were manufactured in Vietnam. We also sourced our fabrics from the Ho Chi Minh area.
